Welcome to the
Resurrection Catholic Church
Website

We are a relatively small Catholic faith community of 300 families. Our facilities are located in unincorporated Woodstock, Illinois, but we serve families from many parts of McHenry County and beyond because of our special status as a Personal Parish. We share the spiritual life and charism of the Congregation of the Resurrection and give expression to this charism in our parish Mission Statement.

Come and worship with us. We celebrate the Eucharist each weekend with Mass on Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m., and again on Sunday at both 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Mass is also celebrated each weekday morning at 8:30 a.m. Our Sunday 8:00 a.m. Mass is live-streamed each week for those who cannot attend in person due to reasons of health and safety, as well as those who may be traveling distances on any given weekend.

Come and share fellowship with us. Pot-luck dinners, pancake breakfasts, and special concerts make up only some of the occasions when we take the opportunity to share a fellowship that celebrates diversity without bias or prejudice. “We welcome WHO you are, WHAT you are, and WHERE you are.” Check out upcoming events.

Come and serve with us. We desire to reach out to those in need through our participation in the Crystal Lake Food Pantry, our annual Giving Tree, and our all-volunteer Outreach Assistance Ministry, which is designed to help those in financial crisis who may not know where to turn.

What is it like to be a member of the Resurrection faith community? You can hear the stories offered by individuals and families of our parish in the testimonials they have provided.

There is a lot our website can tell you about us, but it can never give you a complete picture of how the Holy Spirit continues to work among us. The best advice we can offer is

COME AND SEE.
